Bepzy cung cấp công thức, hướng dẫn nấu (dạng chữ và mô phỏng hoạt hình), kế hoạch bữa ăn, danh sách đi chợ, sổ chi tiêu và trợ lý AI về nấu ăn. Tính năng có thể thay đổi hoặc ngừng theo thời gian.
Bạn có thể dùng nhiều tính năng mà không cần tài khoản. Khi đăng nhập, bạn chịu trách nhiệm với hoạt động trên tài khoản của mình. Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản bất kỳ lúc nào, trong ứng dụng hoặc qua trang yêu cầu xoá. Bepzy không dành cho trẻ dưới 13 tuổi.
Thông tin trong ứng dụng chỉ để tham khảo. Calo, dinh dưỡng và chi phí là số ước tính. Bepzy không phải tư vấn y tế, dinh dưỡng hay chế độ ăn chữa bệnh, và không thay thế bác sĩ hay chuyên gia.
Nếu bạn bị dị ứng, luôn tự kiểm tra thành phần và nhãn sản phẩm, vì danh sách chất dị ứng có thể chưa đầy đủ. Khi nấu, kiểm tra độ chín bằng nhiệt kế thực phẩm và cẩn thận với dầu nóng, dao, bếp và trẻ nhỏ.
Câu trả lời và công thức do AI tạo có thể sai, thiếu hoặc không phù hợp với bạn, kể cả về chất dị ứng và nhiệt độ an toàn. Công thức AI không được kiểm duyệt. Hãy tự đánh giá trước khi làm theo. Không dùng tính năng AI cho mục đích y tế.
Bạn giữ quyền với nội dung mình đăng, và cho phép chúng tôi lưu trữ, hiển thị nội dung đó trong dịch vụ. Không đăng nội dung vi phạm pháp luật, xâm phạm quyền của người khác, gây hiểu nhầm về an toàn thực phẩm hoặc nguy hiểm. Chúng tôi có thể gỡ nội dung vi phạm.
Không tấn công, dò lỗ hổng hoặc làm quá tải dịch vụ, không dùng công cụ tự động để lấy dữ liệu, không tìm cách vượt qua giới hạn sử dụng hay mua hàng. Chúng tôi có thể tạm khoá tài khoản vi phạm.
Ứng dụng, giao diện, công thức do Bepzy biên soạn và mô phỏng thuộc về chúng tôi. Ảnh của bên thứ ba thuộc về tác giả và được dùng theo giấy phép ghi trong ứng dụng.
Dịch vụ được cung cấp theo hiện trạng. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm với thiệt hại gián tiếp phát sinh từ việc sử dụng ứng dụng, bao gồm thiệt hại do làm theo công thức hoặc nội dung AI. Điều khoản này không hạn chế các quyền của người tiêu dùng mà pháp luật nơi bạn sống không cho phép hạn chế.
Nếu bạn tải Bepzy từ App Store, Thoả thuận cấp phép người dùng cuối tiêu chuẩn của Apple cũng áp dụng; nếu có mâu thuẫn, điều khoản có lợi hơn cho bạn được ưu tiên trong phạm vi Apple cho phép. Apple và Google không chịu trách nhiệm về ứng dụng hay nội dung của ứng dụng. Nếu tải từ Google Play, điều khoản của Google Play cũng áp dụng.
Điều khoản này chịu sự điều chỉnh của pháp luật Việt Nam, không làm mất các quyền bắt buộc của người tiêu dùng theo luật nơi bạn sống. Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật điều khoản và sẽ đổi ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang; tiếp tục dùng ứng dụng nghĩa là bạn đồng ý với bản mới. Liên hệ: support@bepzy.com.

Bepzy is developed and provided by Trần Đức Thành, an individual in Vietnam (“we”). By downloading or using Bepzy you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please stop using the app. Contact: support@bepzy.com.
Bepzy offers recipes, cooking guidance (a text guide and an animated simulation), meal plans, shopping lists, a spending log and an AI cooking assistant. Features may change or end over time.
Many features work without an account. When you sign in, you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time, in the app or through the deletion request page. Bepzy isn't intended for children under 13.
Information in the app is for reference only. Calories, nutrition and costs are estimates. Bepzy isn't medical, nutritional or therapeutic-diet advice and doesn't replace a doctor or professional.
If you have allergies, always check ingredients and product labels yourself, because allergen lists may be incomplete. When cooking, check doneness with a food thermometer and take care with hot oil, knives, stoves and young children.
AI replies and recipes can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for you, including about allergens and safe temperatures. AI recipes aren't reviewed. Use your own judgment before following them. Don't use the AI features for medical purposes.
You keep your rights to what you post, and you allow us to store and display it within the service. Don't post content that's illegal, infringes others' rights, is misleading about food safety, or is dangerous. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Don't attack, probe or overload the service, scrape it with automated tools, or try to bypass usage or purchase limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
The app, its design, and the recipes and simulations written by Bepzy belong to us. Third-party photos belong to their authors and are used under the licenses credited in the app.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages arising from using the app, including from following recipes or AI content. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law where you live doesn't allow to be limited.
If you downloaded Bepzy from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where they conflict, the terms more favorable to you prevail to the extent Apple allows. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the app or its content. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without removing mandatory consumer protections of the law where you live. We may update these terms and will change the effective date at the top; continuing to use the app means you accept the new version. Contact: support@bepzy.com.
